Kitchen Renovation

Had two big jobs I wanted to get done at my house with an addition and a porch at my grandmothers house. Never hired someone to do a construction job so I felt kind of lost but talked to Dan the owner and felt at ease with his communication through the whole process ended up doing my homework and gave me the fairest price of anyone so going with him was a no brainer! Could not recommend enough!

D. Duby Construction brought my dreams to life!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Made the process easy to understand before starting it. And couldn’t be happier with the results! New deck and bathroom. Best prices after 5 different quotes. Done on time - no lolly gagging for materials or putting other more expensive projects before mine. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Dan and his crew did for us! From start to finish, everything was done with incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and care. They installed structural beams after we removed a couple of walls, installed new hardwood flooring, sanded and stained our existing floors, and tiled our new master bathroom. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out! Dan went above and beyond, even staying late to help get the structural beams installed. The tiling crew was incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. The flooring crew did an especially great job seamlessly blending our existing hardwood floors with the new flooring, and we are absolutely obsessed with the stain color! Everything was completed so quickly, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our home and would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a team that truly cares about their work.

Had my bathroom fully gutted and updated. Dan responded quickly with any questions or issues. He was very reliable and professional. I’m happy how my bathroom came out!

We used Dan for a couple significant projects at our home including a new addition (four season porch) and finishing the basement. He also assembled a pergola in our backyard for us. Dan and his crew did an amazing job and were great to work with throughout the process each time. No matter how big or small the project, Dan’s work was extremely high quality and with attentiveness to all the details. Whenever we had questions he was always quick to respond or come by to discuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan for your next home project.

We were very impressed with Dan and his team! He replaced bow window for us and did some repair work on our deck. From the beginning, Dan responded quickly, communicated effectively, and had clear timelines for the projects. He worked hard to ensure the project was done quickly and effectively and was did an amazing job! We will absolutely hire Dan again for future project- highly recommend!

D. Duby Construction is great to work with. He was able to squeeze me in to an already busy schedule. I gave them an idea for a deck style for a second home and they knocked it out of the park beyond expectations! Just some grading touch ups to do and the front yard will be complete. Thanks again Dan, great work!

Dan Duby Construction was highly recommended to us and my husband and I are so grateful to be working with Dan on our major remodel. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, reliable and responsive. We’ve been so impressed with the quality of his work!

My wife and I have worked with Dan a few times now, and plan to continue to work with him for future home improvement projects. Most recently, we brought in Dan to help us revitalize an office space that had an aging carpet with pet damage and needed a fresh coat of paint. Our experience throughout this project was consistent with our previous project - redoing our master bathroom. Dan takes care to leave his working space neat - I cannot express how much we appreciate this. He communicates clearly when he will be there, and when his sub-contractors will be there. He follows up with them if there are issues. He provides thorough and fair estimates up front, and communicates clearly if there are any unforeseen complications. One of the small things Dan does for us that we really appreciate is that he's mindful of our pets. We ask contractors to come in through the side door because there's a 2 door barrier to prevent our indoor cats from getting scared and bolting. This can be an inconvenience for contractors, but Dan always makes it a priority to help us make sure we have them secured if the team needs full garage access, or has the team use the side door to prevent any issue. Lastly, I think Dan's work speaks for itself. If you're unsure - look through his portfolio - I all but guarantee he's taken on some project that is similiar to yours, and knocked it out of the park. That experience shows in the final product.

We’ve known Dan Duby for several years and love the work he’s done for us including roof repair, custom bulkhead, etc. He’s always available to talk about projects we’re interested in doing in the future in our home. He does great work for a great price. Highly recommended!

Wanted to vault the ceiling in my split level home. Dan came by that day, gave a quote, and had an architect draw up the plans. It was a good price, he got the job done quick, and left the place clean. Then he found me a picture window, framed it in, and installed it. These two renovations became the centerpoint of my house and what I like most about it. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We worked with Dan for a full renovation of our primary bathroom (tiling, flooring, electrical work, plumbing, and shower, vanity, & toilet installation), and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial demolition to the finishing touches, Dan went above and beyond to bring our custom design to life. What really set Dan apart was his reliability and respect for our home. As pet owners, we especially appreciated how understanding he was regarding our animals. He worked closely with us to ensure the workspace was secure so they wouldn’t escape. If you're looking for a skilled, respectful, and organized contractor, we highly recommend Dan!

Dan did a bathroom remodel. He was courteous, professional & was easy to communicate with. Throughout the project, Dan & his crew offered helpful recommendations on materials & design choices that improved the overall result. Their suggestions showed experience & attention to detail. The work was completed with care & the finished bathroom looks great. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a contractor for any kind of renovations.

We hired Dan to help plan our basement remodel as well as complete the framing and finish work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, he was reliable, timely, and extremely easy to communicate with. He walked us through the planning process, offered helpful suggestions, and kept us updated every step of the way. The workmanship was excellent — solid framing, clean finish work, and great attention to detail. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the entire project moved smoothly without surprises. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both skilled and trustworthy, but Dan delivered on every point. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and a stress-free remodeling experience!

I had my stairs on the front and side of my house redone. They made the process very quick and easy. Dan and his crew were very professional and we would hire them again for any renovations.
